Description
Ensuring seamless and efficient workflows for all processes and journeys concerning partners (B2P & B2C). The freelancer will work in the Value Stream Management for Partners, covering the management of the external partners' lifecycle, including onboarding, account setup, support, and offboarding
Defining and detailing requirements for new features, including functional aspects in Jira and Confluence.
Identifying dependencies and risks and assessing impacts on existing systems and components.
Planning and steering feature blueprinting, taking into account open tasks from previous planning.
Coordinating dependencies, solutions, and risks within and across teams as well as internal and external requirement teams.
Creating, maintaining, and aligning relevant documents, especially in data protection and security.
Advising the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owners (APO) on selecting and planning features for upcoming planning intervals.
Reviewing blueprint artifacts and supporting and approving test cases, test steps, and tests to ensure market readiness.
Requirements
Experience in project management in a multicultural environment
Experience creating user stories/backlog
