Description:
A company is looking for an experienced consultant to support a transformation program aimed at modernizing the technical landscape and operating model. The goal is to achieve an improved customer experience, faster time-to-market, and reduced costs through the introduction of modern product catalog, order management, and CRM/CIM systems.
The focus of the role is on Operations Performance Management (OPM) for the mass market segment. The consultant will work on designing and developing performance dashboards that visualize the status and performance of the new IT stack. The role also includes analyzing performance data and creating management-ready overviews.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently develop a concept for capturing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) of the newly implemented IT stack.
- Create a holistic overview of the system’s functionality and performance.
- Design and build a dashboard to visualize system performance using a traffic light system.
- Combine information from different business units to create a comprehensive concept.
- Prepare consistent, management-ready reports.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of IT transformation
- Expertise in performance management
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI

- Project management experience
- Strong analytical skills
