Requirements
- Extensive experience in the carbon and graphite industry.
- Deep knowledge of specialty graphites, carbon fibers, composites, and graphite-based process equipment.
- Proven ability to evaluate product portfolios and match them with market opportunities.
- Strategic expertise in market trends and growth strategies.
- Preferably C-level (CEO, CTO, CCO, etc.) or C-1/C-2 executives with direct exposure to market and portfolio strategy.
- Alternatively, senior management positions with strong strategic and market insight.
- Experience with companies such as Mersen, Morgan Advanced Materials, Tokai Carbon, Toyo Tanso, or Ibiden is highly desirable.
