UX Writing & Content Strategy I create UX content for web, mobile, and SaaS platforms, focused on clarity in real user journeys. This includes microcopy for core flows (labels, helper text, CTAs, confirmations, error/empty states), tone & voice guidelines, and content strategies that balance user needs with business goals. I work closely with design and research to align messaging, reduce ambiguity, and ensure consistency through content patterns and design-system-ready writing.

Knowledge Management (Internal Platforms / Confluence) I build and optimize knowledge hubs, especially in Confluence, by defining information architecture (space structure, navigation, page types), taxonomy/metadata, and template systems. I also set up governance (ownership, standards, review cycles, workflows) so knowledge stays findable, consistent, and maintainable as teams grow.

Requirements Engineering (CPRE Certified) I am experienced in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements, including constraints and edge cases. I translate requirements into clear communication rules and content decisions that hold up in implementation and QA.

Terminology Management I establish and enforce terminology standards (glossaries, naming conventions, controlled language) to improve comprehension and reduce inconsistencies across products, teams, and documents.
