Challenge: Transform 23 websites with over 17,000 words from various authors into a consistent, highly professional tone.

My solution: I transformed the project based on the principles of digital reading psychology. Structural clarity: I implemented a clean H1–H3 hierarchy. This makes complex educational topics scannable and accessible. Linguistic precision: I broke up convoluted run-on sentences. Active language reduces cognitive load and keeps readers engaged until the end. Audience focus: I tailored the texts individually – professionally supportive for teachers, direct and activating for students. SEO basics: I developed a keyword strategy for all 23 pages and wrote snippets that inspire trust in search results instead of ending abruptly and unprofessionally.

The result: A consistent brand presence that combines information gain with technical excellence. "We're on a very good, shared linguistic and content level." – client feedback after the first round of editing.

Over 300% increase in clicks for the AIIC association In this project for an international interpreters' association, the focus was on full on-page optimization & local SEO of the website – so it went far beyond just SEO writing.

The website texts had to convincingly present the association's long-standing expertise and professionalism. For each page, I worked closely with the stakeholders to develop tailored content that also achieved top rankings on Google.

The performance analysis of the AIIC association clearly demonstrates the leverage a solid basic optimization in professional communication can create.

Within the last quarter, impressions increased by over 284%, while clicks grew by more than 314%.

This success is based on a deep content and technical realignment that significantly improved the average position.
