Focus: Lead UX concept for a ten-month end-to-end relaunch in collaboration with a product owner and two UI designers, emphasizing structure, user flows, and translating editorial goals into child-friendly UX.

Focus: Develop a central UX/UI framework across all tools together with two UI designers, ensuring:
linguistic consistency across tools
reduction of overly technical language in favor of a friendly and helpful tone

analyzed existing microcopy and identified inconsistencies and comprehension hurdles
