Personalised Patient Journey Platform
Concept and design of a digital healthcare platform supporting patients throughout individual treatment journeys—from diagnosis and initial consultation to treatment and aftercare. The central design challenge was to reduce complexity and cognitive load while creating trust, emotional reassurance and a consistent medical brand experience. Instead of presenting all information at once, the platform uses state-based navigation and progressive content delivery tailored to each stage of the patient journey.
