As CTO of maxdome, then the market leader among online video rental services in Germany with over 50,000 videos, I was responsible for technology and product development: legacy transformation, in-house origin infrastructure, multi-CDN, multi-DRM, multi-streaming, live streaming, and new devices. As Chief Product and Technology Officer at ProSiebenSat.1, I designed the system architecture for a streaming platform for video on demand and linear TV, which became today’s Joyn.
