Functional responsibility for the central pricing application Periscope by McKinsey in an international, cross-country retail environment. Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing functional pricing requirements from local and global business units; translating existing calculation logic and new requirements into business concepts and acceptance criteria; managing change and run phases. Automated plausibility checks of price calculations, pricing rules, and master data across very large data volumes with custom Python scripts — identifying logic, mapping, and data errors before prices were set in production. Supporting rollouts across countries and sales channels, working with external service providers and the software vendor.

Overall business responsibility for price logic, price lists, and pricing processes for an international industrial brand with multi-level sales through retail, distribution, and direct customers; assortment with a high number of SKUs and strong channel interests. Translating business and commercial requirements into implementable changes for Pricefx. Managing change, release, and run processes including prioritization, testing, business approval, and production deployment. Further development of gross and net price structures including discount and condition logic across customer, channel, and country segments. Designing and operating pricing governance: roles, approval paths, price change calendar, documentation. Coordinating internal stakeholders, the implementation partner, and the software vendor, including contract renewal.
