I've been an active manager and entrepreneur for more than ten years. I mostly worked in operations, organizational development, and business development while co-founding three businesses. I had to deal with change management and managing cross-functional teams a lot as I grew my business from having no customers to 180+ employees and nearly €5 million in revenue.
As I search for my next job, I am now on parental leave. As a consultant for business process optimization, financial planning, and operations management, I help start-ups and small- to medium-sized businesses in the interim.
Outside of work, I do volunteer work in my local neighborhood, and I like having some fun by juggling.
