Description
- Conducting a value stream mapping across multiple sites and time zones (remote & on-site)
- Performing as-is analyses of existing processes along the entire value chain, focus on goods receipt including incoming inspection
- Facilitating workshops with departments and relevant stakeholders
- Collecting and analyzing process data, e.g. lead times,
- Inventories, cycle times, setup times, delivery times, and quality metrics
- Identifying bottlenecks and further optimization potentials
- Creating and visualizing current and ideal value stream maps
- Deriving concrete improvement opportunities and developing an action plan
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in conducting value stream mapping projects in international industrial environments
- Solid knowledge of Lean Management, especially in
- Identification of waste and process optimization
- Experience in facilitating interdisciplinary workshops (remote/on-site)
- Intercultural competence and confident communication in German and English
- Experience with VSM tools/SAP or relevant ERP systems
