Description
The client is a Lower Austrian energy provider with customers in Eastern Europe and Germany.
Tasks:
- Support project management in multi-project coordination, project control, and meeting execution
- Assist the Product Owner in requirements engineering, testing, scope, risk, and change management
- Provide operational and administrative support to project management (PMO)
- Prepare and drive strategic decisions in coordination with project management
- Support the definition of requirements (user stories, system context analysis) and clarify open questions
- Identify and highlight cross-system topics and interdependencies
- Ensure collaboration and information flow within the project team for timely delivery of work packages
- Document open issues and tasks and ensure they are addressed promptly
- Assist in preparing tender documents
- Independently document meetings and workshops
- Support the adoption of effective agile practices Identify and resolve issues in the agile process
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a PMO
- 1 year of experience as a Product Owner
- 1 year of experience in multi-project planning
- 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Solid knowledge of Jira & Confluence
- Certifications as Scrum Master and Product Owner
