Description
The technology program is driving a comprehensive architecture transformation across various business areas. The goal is to enable new ways of working by modernizing the technological infrastructure, increasing the use of cloud technologies, and implementing a future-oriented architecture strategy. As part of this transformation, the role includes advising the Architecture & Innovation division. This involves analyzing, defining, and documenting technical IT solutions that meet all confirmed business requirements and align with the long-term target architecture. The solutions must also be feasible within the given time and budget constraints.
- Independently define, manage, and implement long-term IT architecture and technology development
- Develop an architecture vision and create heat maps, roadmaps, and backlogs
- Ensure architectural compliance through expert advice
- Implement agile business and architecture blueprints according to the transformation vision, principles, and guidelines
- Conduct architecture assessments based on defined criteria
- Represent architecture decisions in the governance board
- Advise business units (B2C/P, B2B, Finance, Legal) on IT strategy and long-term technology development
- Resolve escalations and issues in architecture and technology development within governance
- Participate in project-specific architecture meetings
- Provide expert advice to domain and solution architects and application specialists
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- Seniority level: 5-10 years of professional experience
- Experience in telecommunications
- IT architecture experience and B2B expertise
- Consulting and project management expertise
- Experience in project control, product management, and technology development
