Description

Set up the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a central customer engagement platform to enable personalized, cross-channel customer communication. By implementing the Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), a unified, data-driven foundation for marketing and personalization activities is created. This establishes a central data base that allows companies to optimize customer interactions in real time, segment audiences more precisely and efficiently orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Design, build and implement a central Customer Data Platform (CDP) using Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP. Advise stakeholders across the entire technology area.

  • Develop a technical design for personalization use cases implemented across marketing channels like SMS, email, mail, phone call, app and web. This is based on pre-defined audiences and segments. Collaborate with and advise the Customer Marketing team.

  • Implement personalization use cases in Adobe Journey Optimizer using Adobe Query Service to ensure optimized and targeted customer engagement, providing advice for the Customer Interaction area.

  • Provide technical and architectural consulting for optimal AEP implementation, especially regarding data management, system integration and personalization strategies.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), especially the Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), preferably in a complex, enterprise-wide context.
  • Expertise in data management and system integration, including data modeling, data flows and API connections.
  • Understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies and personalization measures (e.g. email, SMS, app, web, direct mail, telephony).
  • Experience advising interdisciplinary stakeholders (e.g. marketing, IT, data, customer interaction).
  • Ability to create technical concepts and use-case designs in the context of personalized customer engagement.
  • Experience with Adobe Query Service as well as audience segmentation and activation.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to derive recommendations and optimization potential.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly and advise cross-functional teams.
