In the project, I took on the role of technical product owner for the Treasure Data CDP, focusing on business analysis, translating business requirements into CDP use cases, and providing input and validation for ETL processes. Key tasks included building robust base segments for easy campaign selection, optimizing and automating processes (including campaign activation via Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data delivery for reporting, consent/opt-in management), and migrating existing campaigns from Adobe Campaign to Treasure Data.
In the area of customer journeys, the focus was on designing and optimizing HCP-focused journeys to boost engagement and professional development, as well as on sales-oriented journeys for field teams, based on Veeva and IQVIA data. This enabled data-driven control of next-best-action approaches and relevant touchpoints.
For the future marketing automation platform, I was responsible for gathering business requirements, critically challenging existing use cases, and deriving specific requirements for a modern architecture. I also supported the implementation, including translating requirements into technical solutions and integrating Treasure Data with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

As a CRM consultant and certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, I automate end-to-end processes along the customer lifecycle: data flows, briefing and approval processes, audience selection (GUI & SQL), journey setups, trigger and always-on paths, as well as reporting and monitoring.
