Description
- Ensuring material availability in all necessary processes and systems
- Monitoring and management of internal supply chain processes
- Coordinate automotive deliveries and inventories by planning the right quantity on time at the right software level
- Coordination between internal and external process partners for ensuring the supply of parts for production
- Managing of MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) reports and supplier approvals to ensure material availability
- Optimization of production planning and material planning
- Support in monitoring the EDI data exchange
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience in supply chain management, material, and production planning
- Knowledge of material procurement, supplier management, warehouse management, inventory management and logistics
- Ability to extract, analyze and interpret data and experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP Software)
- Nice to have: Knowledge and work experience in the field of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Nice to have: Professional experience with German OEMs such as BMW, DAIMLER etc.
