Description
- UX/UI Design: You develop creative concepts and UX/UI solutions to optimize the user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Analysis: Detailed review of customer journeys & user flows, wireframes and annotations, as well as developed features and desktop/mobile adaptations
- Conceptualization: Implementation of design guidelines and systems for our portals and applications
- Usability Testing: Development and execution of usability tests, formulation of hypotheses and derivation of measures to optimize user-centered interfaces
- Quality Management: Ensuring quality standards in the development and implementation of the redesigned UX and UI solutions for a consistent design presence
- Mentoring: Professional leadership and guidance of UX/UI designers in interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Completed degree in communication, graphic, interface or interaction design, interactive media, media design or a comparable educational background
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the UX/UI field (User Experience / Interaction / Visual / Screen Design)
- Strong conceptual skills, confident handling of design principles and a feel for typography
- Outstanding skills in Figma
- Agile work experience and understanding of interdisciplinary implementation in an agile project environment
- Experience in larger, international projects as well as collaboration & management of external service providers
- A basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- A portfolio and project examples in user experience, navigation and mobile design, plus a proactive, creative mind with innovative ideas
