Description

  • Delivery of the cross-functional "People Readiness" stream in the "Fenix" project in relevant project exchange with the E2E process owners/squads and the FiT program management
  • Development of a change management and communication plan for the third go-live, taking into account an updated stakeholder analysis
  • Strategic design of change management and communication measures in coordination with FiT transformation management and other relevant stakeholders
  • Results-oriented review of implemented change management measures against predefined target criteria/values and optimization of the approach based on insights gained
  • Definition of training and change management needs for the SAP S/4HANA modules BRIM, RE-FX Contract Management, RE-FX Accounting and Lease Line Management ("Linda" project)
  • Quality assurance of training materials for the integrator's train-the-trainer sessions
  • Preparation of information and creation of additional training materials
  • Planning, preparation and coordination of training components for the mentioned SAP S/4HANA modules
  • Design, preparation and execution of works council communication as part of co-determination requirements for "Fenix" trainings

Requirements

Professional Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of change management in large-scale transformation and ERP migration projects (especially SAP S/4HANA)
  • Experience in developing and implementing stakeholder analyses, communication strategies and change roadmaps
  • Expertise in training design, especially for train-the-trainer concepts and modular training (BRIM, RE-FX, Lease Line Mgmt)
  • Experience working with works councils and co-determination requirements in training measures

SAP and System Knowledge

  • Familiar with the SAP S/4HANA modules:
  • Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)
  • RE-FX Contract Management
  • RE-FX Accounting
  • Lease Line Management (project context "Linda")
  • Experience deriving system-related change and training requirements from business processes

Change & Communication Methodology

  • Application of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, PROSCI)
  • Experience in communication planning for IT transformation projects
  • Target group–specific preparation of complex content for various stakeholder groups

Training Design & Implementation

  • Experience creating, QA-ing and distributing training materials
  • Ability to translate complex SAP-related topics into clear, modular training materials
  • Proven experience in the operational and strategic management of training measures in a corporate environment
