Description
- Professional leadership of an end-to-end team (around 20 employees) from order entry control, through technical review, to after-sales management
- Operational management of a diverse team handling order processing and installation coordination for solar systems: organizing and coordinating solar installation projects from system planning to operating approval for residential customers (including utility and customer communication)
- Continuous improvement of processing procedures and active team management to ensure efficient processes and financial compliance
- Management of installation partner relations with the crucial interface to subcontractors and service partners: building and expanding the partner network through new acquisition and support
- Close cooperation with the sales team for coordinated execution of won customer orders (e.g. effort and capacity estimation, order prioritization, availability pricing)
- Support and close collaboration with our client's leadership team in designing and shaping the German B2C solar business
- If needed, taking over communication with customers and subcontractors
Requirements
- Experience in leadership roles, change management, and process-oriented tasks
- University degree in business or engineering sciences or comparable qualification

- Hands-on manager who enjoys interacting with customers, employees, and stakeholders
- Solid professional experience in German solar installation with a technical focus
- Experience in system installation as well as working with subcontractors, customers, and technical planning
- Enjoyment in designing and living operational processes with plenty of people and customer contact
- Leadership personality that encourages creative thinking and is willing to explore new ways to achieve goals and has successfully built and developed teams
- Strong ability to prioritize and assess medium- and long-term impacts, with a good mix of strategic and operational thinking
