Description
- Conducting workshops on the scope of tasks of a Product Owner or Product Manager in the 7 defined pilot teams
- Introducing and supporting the breakdown of complex requirements into small, sprintable work packages
- Contributing to the creation and definition of templates for User Stories, Features, Epics in the systems
- Deriving and defining User Stories
- Supporting the initial setup of product backlogs and contributing to building the Product Backlog system
- Populating and prioritizing the product and sprint backlog (features and stories)
- Planning, preparing and running a Program Increment planning
- Operational support and assistance in implementing the work packages
- Coaching team members in the pilot teams
- Solving urgent problems and removing obstacles
- Supporting reporting and presentation of work results
- Supporting and coaching Product Owners in creating the product vision
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of agile requirements management: Product Owner expertise
- Deep knowledge of the SAFe framework and its defined conditions and approach
- Solid practical experience working as a Product Owner, ideally in an SAP context
