Requirements
- Proven methodological skills and long-standing experience in project management, including cost-benefit analyses and multi-project management
- Experience in managing digitalization projects and successful implementations
- Project experience in personnel management, good knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in digitalization and IT strategy for the HR department, managing service providers and roadmap processes
- Experience with SAP HCM or HR software applications and interfaces
- Experience with content, challenges, processes and applications in time management
- Strong team skills, also with team members outside digitalization and IT
- Projects for municipal companies, ideally in waste management (waste disposal and/or city cleaning)
- Good knowledge of GDPR and relevant information security topics
