As an internationally operating IT specialist and expert in artificial intelligence and multi-cloud services, the client supports well-known companies in their digital transformation. A key part of the service portfolio is delivering multi-cloud services and IT infrastructure outsourcing services. This includes offering infrastructure services in its own data centers in Germany – especially within a virtual private cloud – as well as managing public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google) and managing IT infrastructure architectures in hybrid (multi-cloud) scenarios. Offers and service delivery are made within a distributed, decentralized organizational structure through multiple involved organizational units. The client intends to continue growing in the German market for multi-cloud and IT infrastructure outsourcing services. To lay the foundation for this growth, the client has initiated a program to further improve the growth fundamentals and profitability in this business area. One goal is to improve the proposal and calculation basis for IT infrastructure outsourcing services, taking into account the addressed markets.
- Clarify the market segments to be addressed based on market and competitive analyses
- Define the optimal selection criteria for market and customer attractiveness, considering customer-specific differentiation factors
- Revise the service and product catalog to both best meet the needs of the target markets and reduce complexity in the calculation of extensive proposals
- Optimize the production costs of individual services, costs of comprehensive customer solutions including coordination efforts, markup rates, calculation approach
Requirements
- Experience as an IT infrastructure outsourcing services expert
- Seniority level: 5-10 years of professional experience
- Deep understanding of the IT outsourcing business and current developments in the German market as well as customer needs
- Expertise in analytics and concept development
- Experience in facilitating complex stakeholder groups
- Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility
