Description
- Close collaboration with Site Director, Site Leadership team and regional and global Consumer Supply chain organizations
- Business planning as well as monitoring of actual results
- Partner with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to drive insights on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results
- Propose/evaluate business cases (Capital, Investments, Site Master Plan, New Products) and support decision making with a focus on driving value
- Lead total cost per unit analyses for the Site as well as review and approve the Business Plan standard costs
- Ensure reliability of financial information by partnering with Global Services, Centers of Excellence and other centralized organizations
- Responsible for risk management and driving a compliance culture across the site
- Provide in depth financial analysis and generate valuable insights to support business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities
- Actively contribute to the Site’s strategy and master plan
- Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Planning and Forecasting
- Product cost (standard costing)/Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to optimize cost structures
- Support the implementation of SAP One S4 in the site and work cross functionally to ensure successful rollout
Requirements
- The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent degree
- Equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
- SAP One S4 and ideally implementation support experience
