Description
- Fully comprehensive leadership support: You keep in touch with your team leads and support them in all personnel matters
- Dedicated probation feedback coordinator: You manage the probation feedback process for your team members and support them beyond that: your team members always have an open ear and support from you

Topic areas that can complement your responsibilities (the exact division is still open and will be discussed in the interview process):
- Filling open positions in your teams including handling the relocation process for international hires: You oversee the entire recruiting process from posting to hiring and ensure the “cultural fit”
- Responsibility for master data maintenance and personnel administration (e.g., drafting employment contracts, certificates, contract amendments, work references, etc.)
- Close collaboration with external service providers (e.g., payroll, digital meal vouchers, health insurance companies, etc.)
- Preparing HR reports
- Responsibility for various projects, e.g., in the areas of occupational safety, health management, or internal training
Requirements
- Degree in human resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a software or startup company
- Experience and enjoyment of an independent, iterative, and agile way of working with high quality standards and attention to detail
- Empathy and awareness for “moments that matter”: you manage to give employees a good feeling and a sense of security, even in difficult situations
- Resilience: Even under stress or change, you maintain a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR management
- Interest in topics like mindfulness, new work, and/or people centricity is a plus
- Experience with the HR software Personio and/or Leapsome is a plus
