Description
- Leading the HR team in the DACH region
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals
- Collaborating with our EMEA Talent Acquisition department to recruit and select qualified candidates for various positions
- Working closely with management and executives to implement HR-related topics in assigned areas
- Managing discussions about employee benefits and concerns while promoting a positive work environment
- Administrative tasks throughout the employee cycle, from contract drafting to issuing references
- Responsible for talent development, training programs, and continuing education opportunities
- Leading and supporting the HR team with daily tasks and projects
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding employment, working conditions, and HR procedures
- Implementing HR strategies for employee retention and motivation
- Responsible for close collaboration with works councils and negotiations on relevant topics
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a leadership role within a matrix organization
- Solid knowledge of labor law in the DACH region, personnel management and development, and practical application
- Experience implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Experience working with works councils
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
