Description
Our client is a public administration in Duisburg. To improve administrative processes and support the upcoming tasks, we are looking for an expert in financial matters within public administration (official title: "Budget Officer").
Conduct financial and budget planning and continuously optimize processes
Continuous process optimization in budget management
Optimization of supplier management
Processing quotes and orders
Responsibility for postings and process harmonization
Requirements
- Many years of experience in financial management at public authorities to drive optimization processes
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and intercultural competence
- Team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Eagerness to implement fundamental process improvements while also enjoying operational work
