Description
- Development and improvement of existing processes
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patterns and deviations in process data, and implement corrective actions to enhance process quality with Six Sigma Methodologies and SPC
- Responsible for systematically capturing and documenting lessons learned throughout the project including identifying challenges, successes and areas of improvement
- Optimization and validation of production processes Electronics and electrical systems in the automotive industry
- Identify learning opportunities and weaknesses in the current processes to facilitate improvements
- Risk assessment and clarification of the scope of change in the context of the overall process
Requirements
- Degree or similar training as a Mechanical Engineer
- Certification of Six Sigma Black Belt
- Proven Experience with SPC
- Expertise in Electrical/Electronic Mechatronics
- Relevant experience in Tier 2 automotive sector operations
- Background in quality and process management and proven track record in process improvement methodologies
