Direct Marketing Manager DACH (m/f/d/x)

As a Direct Marketing Manager (m/f/d/x), your main focus is on direct sales and promotion activities to acquire new customers in the DACH region. This includes close communication with and management of agencies, sites, and promoters; coordinating sales and product trainings and other performance-boosting measures. You also develop new strategies to optimize our KPIs in new customer acquisition, test new options, and strategically grow the channel with various exciting projects. To do this, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders, act agilely, and stay up to date on the latest offline and direct marketing trends.

• You are responsible for developing and expanding a direct marketing strategy for new customer acquisition in the DACH region. This includes setting goals, identifying target markets, and defining promotion strategies
• You manage a team of promoters through our agency(ies). You share responsibility for their recruitment, training, and motivation
• You monitor promotion activities and results. This involves analyzing performance data, reviewing agency reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing measures to boost sales performance
• You keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop new promotion strategies and market opportunities and adjust sales activities accordingly
• You work closely with other departments such as brand marketing, analytics, legal, product, and customer service to ensure all activities align with company goals and strategies
• You create regular reports for your channel on activities, performance metrics, goal achievement, and developments/tests, always keeping budgeting and cost control in mind

You have a completed degree or commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

• You are skilled in agency management, have solid knowledge of direct sales, and experience in running sales promotions
• You work result-oriented, can set sales targets, and take measures to improve sales performance
• You are data-driven with strong analytical skills to interpret reports, monitor performance metrics, and make strategic adjustments
• You have a confident and persuasive presence with various stakeholders, especially agencies, customers, and partners
• You are flexible and willing to travel within the DACH region as needed
• You speak fluent German and English
• You work independently, structured, and conscientiously, but never lose sight of a deadline
• You have (very) good MS Office and G Suite skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
