Consultant for HR Back-Office Setup (m/f/d)

Current-state analysis:

• Determining requirements for a modern HR back office (best practice)
• Identifying and assigning tasks, processes and areas of responsibility in the future People Back Office

Concept/Design:

• Deducing required resources/FTE and organizational implications
• Deriving skill requirements and training needs
• Creating the implementation roadmap

Test and Go-Live:

• Validating the concept in the testing phase
• Supporting the go-live
• Identifying and implementing optimization measures (quick wins)

Operational consulting in HR assistance:

• General project management tasks
• Stakeholder management
• Planning and controlling processes
• Schedule management
• Monitoring deadlines and handling reminders
• Organizing meetings, workshops, training sessions and related travel activities
• Reviewing purchase orders and invoice checks
• Processing purchase requisition requests in SAP

• Microsoft Office
• SAP R3

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook)
• Experience with SAP R3 (purchasing, invoice checks/releases, reporting)
