Requirements
- Certification as a project manager according to IPMA (at least Level D) or equivalent qualification; professional experience as a project manager/PO of more than 5 years in at least 3 projects must be evident in the CV
- Certified SCRUM Master (PSM II or equivalent); professional experience as a Scrum Master/trainer of more than 5 years in at least 3 projects must be evident in the CV
- Professional experience as a coach/consultant/trainer of more than 3 years in at least 2 projects must be evident in the CV
