I am an internationally experienced executive with over 30 years of leadership and change management experience in industry, automotive supply, building products, electronics, and high-tech plant and machine engineering. I have taken on full P&L responsibility in both owner-managed mid-sized companies and international corporate structures, with a clear focus on stabilization, restructuring, turnaround, and sustainable performance improvement. My particular strength is taking responsibility in challenging situations – as an interim CEO, managing director, or operations/plant manager – when quick clarity, decisive actions, and operational execution are needed. I have successfully implemented restructuring and turnaround programs, operational excellence initiatives, and revenue and profit enhancement programs, achieving measurable results in a short time. I have extensive European management experience in leadership roles in Germany, the Benelux countries, and the United Kingdom. Notably, I have deep operational experience in the German mid-market and industrial environment, combined with a solid understanding of international stakeholder and investor requirements. As a native English speaker with business-level German (C1), I operate confidently at executive and shareholder levels – also in international and intercultural contexts. I am a Chartered Engineer with a First-Class Honours degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from a leading British business school.
