  • Core thought leader on the Accident product relaunch with the respective product agile team; sales boost program via dedicated cross-LoB discounting and budgeting mechanisms resulting in 20% contract-based sales growth year over year
  • Responsibility for marketing and sales campaigns via all relevant channels and in close cooperation with internal banking and investment players (Donner und Reuschel, Hansainvest); emphasis on hyper-personalization with the aim of customer retention (e.g., in case of rate increases) or up-/cross-selling (e.g., “claims to sell”-program across the Motor and Accident lines of business)
