I am an experienced management consultant with broad expertise in management consulting, information security management, and business process engineering. My industry experience covers government affairs, financial services, telecommunications, data center operations, transport and logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and training.
My career includes major projects such as advising the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees on the design of a quality management system in line with ISO 10007:2017, as well as supporting the Swiss Army’s CHF 3.3 billion Fitania program to introduce a fully automated data center network. As Senior Deployment Manager, I led a global commercial digital transformation for Biogen Inc., where I was responsible for project initiation, reporting, delivery, and migration planning for digital infrastructure.
I have extensive consulting experience in the transition and transformation of international out-tasking contracts for large banks and in supporting ITIL service management processes in the telecommunications sector. My work as a consultant for Dresdner Bank and other leading companies shows my ability to develop and implement strategic IT solutions.
