In my professional career as a project manager and subproject manager as well as Product Owner & requirements, rollout and test manager, I have already successfully carried out and completed many IT projects (e.g. rollouts/migrations, digitalization, infrastructures, etc.) for different clients (e.g. large companies such as ERGO Group AG with over 35,000 employees as well as medium-sized companies). I was responsible for overall project planning (or the project areas I led as a subproject manager) and for implementation, such as project, resource and budget planning, creating concepts and coordinating them with the responsible departments, requirements analysis and creation (including user stories), managing, leading and coordinating implementation activities and the project process, coordination between manufacturers/suppliers/service providers, stakeholders and specialist departments, reporting and documentation, handover after project completion, etc. In addition, I was responsible for the digitalization of various services for authorities and state ministries (in the first phase only for NRW, then nationwide). I managed the respective implementation from A to Z, i.e. planning, coordination (including the requirements and their translation into user stories) with stakeholders and subject matter experts/specialist departments and technicians, the implementation process and the release and go-live. In the next step, I was involved in planning, concept creation, coordination, adaptation/implementation, approval and go-live of the services for authorities and ministries from all other.
