Summary

IT consultant with 15 years of experience in project management and IT services in the private and public sector

In my career as a project manager and subproject manager as well as product owner and requirements, rollout, and test manager, I have successfully carried out and completed many IT projects (e.g., rollouts/migrations, digitization, infrastructures, etc.) for various clients (e.g., large corporations such as ERGO Group AG with over 35,000 employees as well as medium-sized companies). In doing so, I took responsibility for the overall project planning (or the project areas I led as subproject manager) and implementation, such as project, resource, and budget planning; creating concepts and aligning them with the responsible departments; requirements analysis and creation (including user stories); managing, leading, and coordinating implementation activities and the project workflow; coordinating between manufacturers/suppliers/service providers, stakeholders, and departments; reporting and documentation; handover after project completion; etc. Furthermore, I was responsible for digitizing various services for authorities and state ministries (first in NRW, then nationwide). I managed each implementation from A to Z, i.e., planning, alignment (including requirements and translating them into user stories) with stakeholders and subject matter experts/departments and technicians, the implementation process, approval, and go-live. In the next step, I was involved in planning, concept development, alignment, adaptation/implementation, approval, and launch of services for authorities and ministries from all other states.
