Over the last 27 years, I have worked on various projects in different industries. I have held various roles in medium-sized and large companies, such as Lead Senior Management Consultant, Agile Expert, Transformation Coach (Scaled Agile Expert, Enterprise and Team Agile Coach), Program and Project Manager, as well as Enterprise and Chief Architect. I also have many years of project experience in strategic projects and rollouts, as well as budget, project and team responsibility. In addition, I have led national and international teams in companies with different cultures and stakeholders. As a Department Manager, I was responsible for both professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as for cross-country projects.

In recent years, I have specialized in strategy and management consulting, focusing on Lean Portfolio Management, digital and agile transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Agile Coaching and Scaled Agile. In this area, I support organizations, leaders and teams in developing more effective ways of working, greater self-organization and higher Business Agility. I support decision-makers, Project and Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects and Developers both in applying agile ways of working in day-to-day business and in establishing and optimizing the processes required for this. I contribute my experience in agile, classic and hybrid project management and support companies in selecting and implementing the methods and frameworks that best suit them.

I have also supported and trained numerous employees in their professional development, for example through SAFe training or as a coach on their way to Scrum.org certifications. A particular focus of my work is Process Design and the optimization of business and work processes, services and products. I support companies in making existing structures more efficient, building scalable processes and sustainably integrating agile ways of working into the organization.

I work pragmatically and with a strong focus on practical solutions. My experience in methods and leadership, as well as my experience from previous roles, such as Software Developer and Architect, helps me quickly understand complex issues, select suitable solutions and make important technical and strategic decisions with confidence.
