Description

A company is urgently looking for an experienced Environmental Engineer with proven expertise in environmental/ecological construction supervision and the preparation of specifications for tenders (ideally according to VOB).

The goal of the project is to develop a detailed specification for the Q4/2025 tender based on standards, including service descriptions, cost forecasts, a qualification matrix, and contract input.

The role includes the following main tasks:

  • Analyzing existing service descriptions
  • Preparing a specification including quantities, items, and standards
  • Advising on procurement strategy, risks, and supplier qualifications
  • Close coordination with the technical department (remote)

Requirements

  • Experience in environmental construction supervision on large-scale projects (energy industry/route construction)
  • Excellent knowledge of tender processes (VOB/VgV/SektVO)
  • Fluent German (must-have), English skills (nice-to-have)
