Test Manager Finance (m/f/d)

• Holistic test planning and orchestration for all relevant areas
• Testing of functionalities requested as part of the transformation projects
• Development and implementation of a test strategy
• Consulting to identify and fix defects from testing
• Independent handling of complex, partly novel topics within Order-to-Cash
• Creation of solution concepts for process optimizations in the existing value chain
• Planning and control of the necessary steps for implementation
• Identification of optimization potentials
• Goal: Increase data quality and information granularity in the target systems
• Involvement of Order-to-Cash experts
• Development and further development of quality measures along the value chain
• Considering relevant business transactions, reporting requirements, and optimization approaches
• Content validation of key topics with involved departments (inside and outside Order-to-Cash)
• Clarifying dependencies with other Telefónica initiatives and projects
• Preparation of decision-relevant information for management

Professional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, especially in transforming and automating O2C value chains
• Experience deriving and implementing process optimization measures based on business requirements
• Familiar with planning, managing, and executing E2E test activities in the context of large ERP/SAP transformations

Test Management & Methodology

• Experience developing and implementing company-wide test strategies
• Confident in operational management of test phases (system test, integration test, UAT)
• Expertise in defect analysis, defect tracking, and quality gate management
• Knowledge of agile testing methods as well as classical testing techniques

System Knowledge & Data Understanding

• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA in the Order-to-Cash context (e.g., SD, FI-AR, billing)
• Ability to analyze and improve data quality and information availability in target systems
• Experience collaborating with adjacent systems, modules, and initiatives

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Routine in coordinating and validating complex topics with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience in cross-functional alignment (e.g., with IT, data, legal, compliance, controlling)
• Ability to create and present decision-relevant materials for management
