Description
A company is looking for an experienced Success Factors HCM consultant to support a project. The goal of the project is to maintain and further develop existing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules and to ensure smooth interface management between the systems.
The role includes advising and supporting daily operations as well as optimizing the existing modules.
Main tasks:
- Maintenance and further development of the existing SAP HCM module ECP (Payroll) and the existing SAP SuccessFactors modules EC (Employee Central) and ECT (Time)
- Interface management between SAP ECP (Payroll) and EC (Employee Central)
- Support in daily operations
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and expert knowledge in the ECP, EC and ECT modules, ideally including customizing
- Very good experience with integrations between on-premise ECP and cloud-based SuccessFactors
