Conversion and optimization of the SAP HCM system to SAP S/4HANA (H4S4)

The project included the technical and functional modernization of the SAP HCM system landscape as part of an H4S4 migration. The goal was to optimize and extend the SAP Fiori ESS/MSS applications and improve existing HR processes through modern UI5 technologies and interface integration. In addition, the project included extensive test and migration activities, coordination with business departments, and measures to ensure a stable and user-friendly system environment.

Design and implementation of the PT rollout and the SuccessFactors integration strategy

The project focused on optimizing and further developing SAP HCM processes within the ESS/MSS system landscape based on SAP Fiori. As part of the implementation, existing workflows and interfaces were analyzed, expanded, and technically modernized to ensure more efficient process handling and a better user experience. In addition, the project included test migration activities, technical design, and support for the business departments during the introduction and optimization of the HCM processes. Furthermore, the entire OM was restructured as part of the SuccessFactors implementation in order to develop the new SuccessFactors integration strategy

Implementation of the PT rollout and time management applications

The project covered the introduction and further development of modern SAP Fiori ESS/MSS applications to optimize digital HR and time management processes. The focus was on integrating existing time management systems, developing high-performance UI5 and backend components, and technically extending the SAP system landscape through REST-based interfaces. In addition, the project included ensuring stable system integration, coordinating rollout activities, and supporting users during the introduction of the new ESS/MSS functions.

As part of the project, the existing SAP HCM landscape in the areas of position management and organizational management was modernized and adapted to the requirements of a public digitalization program. The goal was to optimize organizational processes by expanding customer-specific SAP HCM functionalities, improving reporting and analysis options, and increasing performance when processing large data volumes. In addition, existing structures in organizational management were expanded and technical solutions were implemented to support efficient administrative processes.

The project covered technical support as well as the continuous optimization of an existing SAP HCM system landscape to ensure stable business processes and system functions. The focus was on analyzing and fixing complex application errors, further developing customer-specific ABAP components, and adapting existing SAP applications to new business requirements. In addition, support and maintenance processes were optimized to ensure high system availability and process quality.
