ServiceNow Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)

A company is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to define, further develop, and enforce governance, standards, and guidelines for the ongoing evolution of their existing ServiceNow implementation. The goal is to shape the platform to ensure maintainability and operability according to standard practices.

The architect will work closely with various technical and business teams to understand requirements, conduct technical assessments, and recommend solutions that standardize and optimize the ServiceNow implementation. They will also ensure that all delivered services comply with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards. Providing support and guidance to IT project teams is also part of the role.

• Up-to-date and extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including best practices and recent developments (last 5 years).
• Many years of development experience in ServiceNow (at least 5 years in the last 10 years).
• Many years of technical architect experience in ServiceNow (at least 5 years in the last 10 years).
• Recent experience in the ITSM area, especially Service Portal, request management, and the ServiceNow App Engine (last 5 years).
• Certification as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• Experience in platform governance, including establishing development standards, coding guidelines, architecture reviews, and design authorities (last 10 years).
• Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM.
• Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in another domain.
