Description
A company is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to define, develop, and enforce governance, standards, and guidelines for the ongoing enhancement of the existing ServiceNow implementation. The goal is to shape the platform to ensure maintainability and operational support in its standard form.
The architect will work closely with various technical and business teams to understand requirements, perform technical assessments, and recommend solutions to standardize and optimize the ServiceNow implementation. They will also ensure that all deliverables comply with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards. Providing support and guidance to IT project teams is also part of the role.
Requirements
- Up-to-date and extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including best practices and recent developments (last 5 years).
- Extensive development experience in ServiceNow (at least 5 years in the last 10 years).
- Extensive technical architecture experience in ServiceNow (at least 5 years in the last 10 years).
- Recent experience in ITSM, especially with the Service Portal and Request Management, as well as the ServiceNow App Engine (last 5 years).
- Certification as a technical architect in ServiceNow.
- Experience in platform governance, including establishing development standards, coding guidelines, architecture reviews, and design authorities (last 10 years).
- Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM.
- Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in another area.
