Background on the task:
Our client, based in Munich, is one of Germany's leading telecommunications companies. The company operates in mobile and fixed-line communications. We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Risk Management to provide operational support (80%) in the Retail channel "Dealer Fraud Prevention".
Main focus: fraud findings, detection approaches, proactive analyses on performance, risk & fraud, especially a 360-degree view of the company's dealers
Management-ready preparation of analyses, findings and insights
Preparation of steerco’s, channel reviews and new management reports (monthlies)
Requirements
Must have:
- Experience as a Senior Analyst / financial KPI
- Telecommunications experience
- Ability to prepare analyses, including findings and insights, in a management-ready format
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in fraud analysis, risk and/or receivables management
- New and unconventional perspectives and analyses
