Description
A company in the energy sector is looking for an experienced SAP Service Operator / Engineer to support the planning, development and maintenance of system environments and interfaces for complex business solutions.
The goal of the project is to ensure smooth operation as well as continuous improvement of applications and systems in the SAP ECC, SAP PM, MM and S/4HANA modules.
The candidate will be part of a project team and work closely with end users and developers to resolve technical issues and optimize the support process.
- Provide technical support for customers and users of the SAP application in the SAP ECC, PM, MM and S/4HANA modules.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the scope of functional operations.
- Communicate with users to clarify their concerns.
- Create reports and analyses to identify trends.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Guide and train customers in using the applications.
- Introduce processes to improve technical support.
- Document issues and solutions.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in functional operations of various SAP modules (SAP ECC, PM, MM, S/4HANA) in large-scale applications (~1000 users, ~20 interfaces).
- At least 5 years of experience in first-level support for end users of major SAP applications.
- Deep knowledge in testing and documenting SAP PM applications for at least 5 years.
- Many years of experience in incident management for large SAP applications.
- Expertise in functional operations of mobile applications like SAP Fiori.
Nice-to-Have:
- Practical experience in agile projects following Scrum (at least 5 years).
- German language skills at native level or a B2 certificate or higher.
- Knowledge of authorization management for SAP ECC/S/4HANA including Xiting XAMS (at least 2 years).
