Description
- Management of service providers (general contractors) for civil engineering, in collaboration with the overall project manager
- Management of the expansion of active technology in the POP
- Ramp-up of new expansion areas in cooperation with sales and planning
- Compliance with the FTTH rollout process (already in place) and possible improvements Perform risk management (the process is established)
- Monitoring the rollout performance and ensuring the targets for the region/projects are met
- Reporting of KPIs: homes passed and homes connected as well as active customers Participation in the Operations Board (bi-weekly) Quarterly OKR management for the region
Requirements
- Expertise in fiber optic rollout
- Very good German skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience
