Project Manager Data Privacy (m/f/d)

A leading company in the telecommunications sector is looking for an experienced Data Privacy Project Manager who works in an agile environment and has extensive knowledge of using Jira and Confluence. The project's goal is to structure, prioritize and implement data privacy requirements effectively, while enabling internal teams through clear documentation and knowledge sharing.

Role overview:

The Project Manager will act as the central interface between business units, development teams and external partners. The focus is on consulting on agile methods as well as coordinating and documenting requirements from a data privacy, process and technical perspective.

Main tasks:

• Capturing, structuring, prioritizing and clustering requests, and documenting them in Jira and Confluence.
• Advising on the collection, prioritization and definition of requirements and on establishing the development sequence.
• Creating clear process overviews to empower internal teams to use the provided documentation.
• Coordinating defined requirements between business units, development teams and external partners in German and English.
• Advising in the B2P and Stream MassMarket areas on agile project methodologies like SCRUM or SAFe.
• Deriving best practices for further developing the area in requirements gathering.

• Experience managing data privacy projects.
• Solid knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in agile methods such as SCRUM or SAFe.
• Ability to coordinate between different stakeholders in German and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge with internal teams.
