Description
- Cross-stream review of existing and newly developed systems and data processing.
- With a focus on existing and newly introduced/developed applications and personal data flows along the entire customer life cycle; recording of requests, as well as their structuring, prioritizing and content clustering, and documentation in #Jira and #Confluence
- Advising on the gathering, prioritization and definition of requirements, as well as the related documentation in #Jira and #Confluence for features, epics and requirements from a (data protection) legal and procedural/technical perspective, and determining the development sequence
- Enabling internal teams to use the provided documentation from #Jira and #Confluence through clear process overviews and targeted knowledge transfer
- Coordinating the defined requirements between business units, development teams and external partners in #German and #English
- Advising the B2P and Mass Market streams on agile project methodologies (#SCRUM, #SAFe) and structures in #German and #English
- Deriving best practices for further development of the area when gathering, prioritizing and defining requirements, as well as the related documentation in #Jira and #Confluence for features, epics and requirements from a (data protection) legal and procedural/technical perspective
Requirements
- Prioritization and handling of feature requirements in a data protection/compliance context
- Experience as Product Owner & IT project manager
- Experience in telecommunications
- JIRA/Confluence admin experience
- ERP system experience
- Degree in business informatics, due to the combination of IT & digital environments
Relevant experience:
- Project management in the digital IT sector
- Experience as a business analyst
- Coordinating cross-departmental requirements across the customer lifecycle
- Managing backlogs
- Experience in the further development of IT platforms
