Analysis of the end-to-end implementation of UAM requirements, identification of process gaps and coordination of closing these gaps, based on a comprehensive process analysis and efficient #projectmanagement.
Documentation and input of necessary requirements into the project and via BAU (SR process) using Jira and Confluence, with focus on structured requirement engineering.
Monitoring of implementation and review of progress and dependencies, supported by targeted project management.
Definition of epics within feature planning. Documentation is done using Jira and Confluence.
Prioritization of epics considering business value, technical feasibility and dependencies.
Review and targeted adjustment of epics.
Creation of user stories and documentation in Jira, with special focus on completeness, clarity and usability.
Technical consultation for the B2C division in defining, creating and evaluating complex business and technical requirements, with focus on time management, quality and budget control.
Reporting of project progress, including relevant KPIs, prepared with #MSOffice tools, and presented in meetings with the departments.
Technical advice on compliance requirements in the project regarding EECC and data protection to ensure these guidelines are met during implementation.
Consulting on interfaces for dunning and collection processes for the Inlife tribe.
Detailed analysis, design and functional description of the future tariff portfolio as part of the RAITT project, taking into account EECC requirements.
Creation and presentation of requirements using MSOffice and visualizations in Visio.
