Description
A company is looking for an experienced project manager for the approval planning of infrastructure projects.
- Controlling and coordinating the approval planning
- Technical support and coordination of all involved service providers (routing, land management, environment, communication)
- Coordinating interfaces between departments and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Creating regular project reports and continuously updating project documentation
- Reviewing and approving deliverables from contracted service providers
- Ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements
- Advising on the selection and hiring of specialist planners and experts
- Independently preparing scope of work and evaluating proposals
Requirements
- Availability during the project period
- German at native level (C2)
- At least 5 years of relevant project experience in infrastructure projects
- Experience in approval planning for high-voltage lines
- Knowledge of working with authorities and public bodies
- Knowledge of German planning and approval law
- Project management experience with external service providers
- Knowledge of environmental, nature conservation, and approval law
