Description
- Independently manage individual FTTH expansion clusters in the subsidized rollout, with a holistic approach and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality.
- Documenting and presenting project progress to executive and program management.
- Monitoring budgets for assigned clusters.
- Organizing and facilitating meetings with all rollout stakeholders.
- Independently solving cluster-specific issues.
- Attending, conducting, and following up on construction management meetings.
- Ensuring client interests and compliance with funding requirements for the broadband project.
- Classifying and resolving disruptions or initiating escalation measures if needed.
- Acting as contact for contract and change order management questions.
- Providing advice in meetings with mayors, public consultations, and community assemblies.
- Driving and optimizing rollout, billing, and documentation.
- Project and contract management.
- Reviewing and approving measurements from subcontractors, e.g., civil works and fiber installation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of FTTX experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of civil engineering
- Experience in on-site management with subcontractors
