Product Manager - Development of a Tenant Power Model (m/f/d)

Project goal: Development and market launch of an innovative tenant power model in a B2B environment.

Scope of work: A fast-growing startup in the energy sector is looking for an experienced product manager to develop and launch a tenant power model. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in product development and leadership in the B2B space.

• Define and implement the product strategy for the tenant power model
• Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and market trends
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and launch

• About 5 years of work experience in product management at an innovative company or energy startup (e.g. photovoltaics, smart home, energy management or similar areas)
• Strong knowledge of the energy market, especially in renewable energies
• You have hands-on experience with market, competitor, and customer analyses in the energy market, can spot trends and translate them into actions that drive our growth.
• You bring both strong commercial understanding and technical know-how and interest (e.g. through a background in electrical engineering or digital field).
• You have a passion for outstanding, innovative products and excellent customer experience.
• You have led projects in cross-functional agile teams (marketing, engineering, service, etc.) and feel at ease across the entire product lifecycle from planning through development, go-to-market, and optimization.
• Completed degree in business administration or a technical field (ideally both)
