We are looking for a capable freelance project consultant to support the PMO. Ideally, you already have experience in implementing migration projects. You will form the link between departments and program management as well as the delivery teams, proactively and independently lead and carry out project reporting, presentations, and project communication.

• Communication and presentation expertise

• Friendly assertiveness

• End-to-end understanding (holistic view)

• Identifying dependencies and process understanding

• Project planning and execution control (monitoring compliance)

• Scheduling, coordination, and content alignment of meetings

• Coordination of content reviews for implementation topics

• Support of agile rituals

• Creation of presentations, graphic representation of processes

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience in agile delivery teams

• Languages: German, English

• Experience: 3-5 years in PMO or project management
